Return & Refund Policy

60-day satisfaction guarantee

If a RY21 formula isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — even if the bottle has been opened. We ask for honest feedback so we can keep improving our formulas.

How to start a return

• Email support@ry21llc.com with your order number and the product name.
• Tell us briefly what didn't work for you.
• We issue your refund within two business days of approval.

For most single-bottle refunds we do not require you to ship anything back. If a return is requested, we provide a prepaid label.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days. Original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Prefer a different formula instead of a refund? We'll ship the replacement at no additional cost when the price is equal or lower, or invoice only the difference.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email support@ry21llc.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement immediately at no charge.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused, rescheduled or cancelled at any time from your account or by email. Changes made at least 48 hours before your renewal date apply to the next shipment.
